Its snowing…!
Its time for Christmas and everyone is getting ready for it, so why not you prepare your blog ready for this festive season. In this post, I will tell you 5 Awesome Ideas to Spice up your Blog for this Christmas.
1. Adding a Snow fall in in your Blog
You might have already noticed the snowfall in this blog. Similarly there are quite a few more blogs and websites (like wordpress.com) out there having a snowing effect. This snow fall effect can be brought into your blog by adding a simple snowfall effect javascript code into your blog. You can get the javascript code for the snowfall effect from here: http://github.com/scottschiller/snowstorm/
If you are using WordPress, then its much more easy. There are already a few plugins available which can be used to bring the same effect. The one I’m using for my blog is the Snow Storm plugin. (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/snow-strom/)
There are also few more plugins out there which provides you much more options, but I prefer this as its really simple and loads fast.
